About Wonderful Choices
At Wonderful Choices, we provide NDIS disability support for people living with physical, intellectual and psychosocial disabilities, as well as those experiencing mental health challenges, so they can enjoy more joy, independence, and community connection.
Support and Uplift
Wonderful Choices Pty Ltd is your reliable and trusted NDIS support provider. Our role is to support and uplift others that have had either physical or mental challenges, as we believe everyone deserves the freedom of choice and control. There is much beauty and joy in life...but sometimes we need a helping hand to be able to see that.
Team Approach
We provide high-quality, reliable, and personalised NDIS supports for our clients, and much needed respite for Carers and Support workers. As your trusted provider, we follow the NDIS Price Guide for all services. We deliver the best support when we work closely with others, a true team approach and ensure good working relationships with all providers, professionals and informal supports involved in a Participant’s NDIS programme.
Achieving your Goals
We help achieve the goals outlined in your NDIS plan. Whether that includes transport, community access, personal activities, skills development or even respite care or short-term accommodation. We always work at your pace, breaking tasks into manageable steps and celebrating small wins along the way. Over time, our aim is to help you feel safer, more confident and more in control of your daily life.
Meet Howard Sorrell
Support Worker and the Director of Wonderful Choices
My whole life has been about service and helping others, and since January 2018 I have been working as an NDIS service provider. I am happy to work with everyone, but I’ve noticed particularly men, seem to want and the company of another male to talk and to help them enjoy a better quality of life.
I cared for my mother for many years, and I realised how much the carer themselves needs a break. There are 3 million unpaid caters in Australia, and notably their health is below the national average, as they neglect their own needs and don’t get enough rest and recreation. Let us help share your load.

- Anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
- Age-related conditions such as dementia or Parkinson’s
We’ll always take the time to understand your needs, triggers, likes and dislikes so support feels safe and comfortable.
Why Choose Wonderful Choices
Choosing the right NDIS support worker is a big decision – and it’s important you feel safe, understood and genuinely supported.
Howard’s specialty is calm, one-on-one support that helps people feel more confident at home and in the community. He has extensive experience working with neurodiverse clients, teens and young adults, and men who prefer a male support worker, especially those who like to get out and about but need a bit of help to do it.
As an NDIS support worker based in Brisbane, Howard focuses on practical, everyday support – community access, daily living, transport and life skills – delivered in a way that is respectful, unhurried and easy to be around. He takes the time to understand your routines, triggers, interests and goals, and works alongside your family, carers and other providers (with your consent) so everyone is on the same page.
Most of all, Howard’s goal is simple:
To give you more wonderful choices in how you spend your day – more independence, more connection and more moments you can genuinely enjoy.
